🚨 红色预警：IEPL专线遭运营商强制“拔线”，跨境专线将迎“低质高价”时代

近期，国内 IDC 及跨境组网行业遭遇空前严厉的监管风暴，广东省成为此次整改的核心风暴眼。多方内部通报及电信“红头文件”显示，针对违规国际联网通道的雷霆清剿已全面展开。

📉 厦港已清退，深港岌岌可危
由于上游采取极其强硬的关停端口及牵连 IP 段（波及范围远超 /24）的“连坐式”物理拔线，行业正遭遇重创。目前，厦港专线（厦门 BGP 等前置节点）已遭到大规模物理拔线与整体清退；作为跨境主力的深港专线当前也已岌岌可危，大批业务瞬间瘫痪，幸存节点随时面临无预警断网的极高风险。

👁‍🗨 GFW 审查内延：五重监控精准打击特定协议
此次整改的本质，是 GFW 审查机制的内部延伸与全面升级。当前，GFW 的 DPI（深度包检测）与主动探测技术已具备极高的特征识别能力。
为规避流量直击 GFW 导致的整机柜被拔线，幸存的服务商正被迫进行“前置审查”，现已强制接入高达五重的 24 小时实时监控系统（涵盖自研、傲盾、慧林、网信办及广东省级电信检测设备）。作为深度协议检测工具，上述系统现已针对 SS (Shadowsocks)、VLESS、Trojan 等常见代理协议展开精准测绘。 一经查实此类违规流量，机房将立即实施“零容忍”自动阻断与客户清退，且不予退款。

⚠️ 总结：
跨境专线“低价且稳定”的红利期已彻底终结。未来市场必将走向“高门槛、高成本、低容错”的新常态。建议依赖此类网络的业务方尽早做好网络成本预算上调的准备，并务必配置多链路容灾备用方案。
