renovate: group all dependency updates into one PR

Disable major/minor and minor/patch separation so enabled dependency updates share the all-dependencies branch instead of producing separate PRs.

Replace the deprecated package matcher and base preset with their current equivalents. Preserve existing package exclusions and Guava versioning.

Validated with renovate-config-validator 44.96.3.

fix(ItemBuilderFactoryHook): resolve MsgRecord param index via reflection

Instead of hardcoding args[1], reflect createMsgItem.parameterTypes
at init time to find the MsgRecord parameter index and cache it in
a field. This handles QQnt versions where the method signature
differs (e.g. QQ 9.1.25 where args[1] is Boolean, not MsgRecord).

If no MsgRecord parameter is found, the hook is disabled with a
warning log instead of flooding ClassCastException ~412x/sec.
